SPEECH THERAPY:

Community Health Services can provide a Speech Therapist should an illness, injury, stroke or birth defect make hearing, or communicating difficult. Our Speech Therapists are trained to diagnose and treat patients with communication problems involving speech, hearing, or language. In addition, our Speech Therapists can help individuals who have problems with swallowing and feeding.

The Speech Therapist will a develop a plan of treatment with your physician after a complete evaluation. Your plan is specifically designed to address your needs and to improve or eliminate the difficulties you are encountering. As with all of the Professional Staff at Community Health Services, our Speech Therapists are college graduates from accredited schools specifically trained in speech-language pathology and audiology. They are also licensed and certified by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology arid Audiology.
